Our belief is that we all do the best we can with the abilities, knowledge and skills we think we have and therefore we do not judge people. One of the roles coach has is to help clients better use the resources and abilities that they possess. Another is to journey with the client as they discover and acquire the abilities and resources they need so that they can become the person they dream about being AND live a life they dream of living. One of the most
frequent methods used to coach is via the phone and most other coaches function
this way. Clients call at a pre negotiated, mutually agreed upon time. During
the call the focus is completely on the client and what the client wants to
speak about. The possibilities are endless eg, a discovery,self development,
a block, an opportunity, a problem. The client is in control of the whole process. The client agrees on a certain number of calls per month and each call is approximately 45 minutes. This is supported by email and/or phone calls in between sessions or as is needed by the client. Some clients request
cyber coaching (via email) or face to face coaching. This can be negotiated. All you need to get value from coaching is : a desire to achieve something, a willingness to learn new ways of going about things and an openness to include the coach in the process.
