Meet the Coach .

Jenny Morgan M.Ed, ACC.

Jenny Morgan founded IMPACT Coaching with a mission to maximise every client's inner potential. Assisting others to discover their values, passions and purposes in life AND utilising this knowledge to help design, create and live a life they love is the best gift of all. Being able to learn from each and every client is a gift they give in return. The majority of IMPACT's clientele are organisations, leaders, executives, professionals and people in transition. These people are all high acheivers who are eager and willing to act, move forward quickly and improve their workstyle and their lifestyle.

Here’s a chance to tell you about myself.
I live in a leafy suburb south of Sydney and I love this very beautiful part of Australia. It contains long stretches of sand and surf and scenic natural bushland. The great outdoors always beckons and I take advantage of the wonderful climate we have here in this country to soak up the sunshine and fresh air with activities such as swimming, bush walking, beach walking (or just plain walking) and tennis.

One of my favourite things in life is spending time with my family, whether that means visiting historic and scenic sites in and around Sydney, picnics, ferry rides or just sitting indoors listening to great music or reading together. When I'm in need of quiet times I like to settle myself somewhere with a water view ie by a river, the beach or on the shores of the magnificent Sydney Harbour and admire the beautiful scenery.

For many different reasons I consider that I have a fulfilling life. Here are the three reasons:

1.A wonderful partner and soul mate of 22 years (I was a child bride ha, ha, ha) and three loving, happy and healthy children.

2. The close relationships I have with my parents, family, friends and the nourishing communities of people I have surrounding me.

3.Of equal importance, I live and enjoy my great passion in life ie. coaching. This profession brings me huge amounts of joy and satisfaction as well as offering me the right amount of challenge and intellectual stimulation.
