I recommend coaching to many people and I certainly acknowledge the benefits
to myself.
My greatest learning's have been at the interpersonal level. I have much
more ability to be 'present with someone' and my awareness of a tendency
to seek answers and give advice. I am also prepared to listen and hear
the bad news and my resilience has developed to the point of being able
to manage these moments without rationalising or becoming defensive.
It was important for me to hear the areas for further development and
celebrate my successes and also accept much of myself to be what it is.
My journey, through coaching, has certainly provided me with the skills
and awareness, as a professional and individual, to be where I want to.

Jenny, I MUST thank you for your coaching in the area of organization.
It has been invaluable on this trip and I would not have been able to
tackle this trip with out your assistance. I can not believe how good
it is to be completely organised and actually ready for meetings and discussions
with overseas companies.
As a result of being so organised I can now manoeuvre my meetings down
the path that I want them to go and not be directed by other people with
far more experience in this than me. This is an art that until now I have
not been able to accomplish.
So far I have had success in all my business areas. This trip has been
far busier than usual but at no time have I felt stressed or disoriented
with what needs to be done. Again this something I have never been able
to achieve.
